Kohima War Cemetery, also known as the site of the Battle of the Tennis Court, is a memorial maintained to commemorate soldiers who lost their lives during the Battle of Kohima in the Second World War. It is set in landscaped gardens and is a place of remembrance.

Best time to visit: Check current conditions with the Directorate of Tourism, Nagaland before you travel.

How to reach: Nearest airport and railway station are at Dimapur. From Dimapur travel by road to Kohima. Taxis and shared vehicles run on this route.
