The ILP portal says an online tourist application made during working hours may be approved within 4 hours. If it is sent outside working hours, it may be approved in the first 3 hours of the next working day. This is not a promise. The same page says other categories can take hours or 2 to 3 working days.

Fees for labour, student, consultant, and other categories are not copied here. Use the official rates page for those.
